I ordered 2 pairs of glasses that were too big so I sent them back. I received an email that they had received them. It now appears that they only received 1 pair even tho they were packaged together, how does that work??
In the meantime they are replacing the one pair with the same pair that was too big.
The customer service is based in the Philippines and is shockingly bad, one person seemed to think t was funny when I explained, I can only guess this type of practice is a common occurrence.
