I ordered two pairs of glasses, only one pair arrived, for some reason the second pair was returned to glasses direct ( not by me I am still waiting to receive the second pair).
Glassesdirect sent an email saying the second pair had been returned to them and saying no instructions were filled out on the returns form
(not surprising as it was not me that returned them - maybe they were delivered to an incorrect address and returned because of that ) , and could I contact then, and let them know my instructions.

I have sent them seven emails, none of which have been answered or actioned and tried numerous times to contact them by phone, they don't seem to answer the phone at all, I have not managed to get my second pair of glasses
