This company is amazing. They succeeded where all others failed! I managed to break a lenses in the glasses and have no spare pair. I can't function without glasses or contact lenses and can't wear my lenses through the night! Getting up with my diabetic daughter and testing her blood through the night without glasses has been a nightmare and I was off on holiday at the weekend! My optician said replacement pair would 've at least 7 days. To get the glasses repair by my online provider would be 7-10 days. Tried Glasses Now, explained my situation to the super helpful Eilidh and she said as my prescription is complicated it couldn't be next day service, but she would push to turn it around within the week. After a bit of a trial getting all info from my optician, I ordered my glasses on Monday lunch time and to my utter delight received the completely new pair Wednesday morning! Remarkable service. Completely delighted. Also fantastic price and product! I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much Glasses Now :)
