Received glasses promptly (next day as advertised) and to order.
Not only that, but following a problem with my prescription (eye test carried out elsewhere - no fault of glassesnow) they sent me a returns label to have my glasses corrected and were back with me 48 hours after I returned them. Staff on the phone all friendly and helpful. Exceptional service.
