I have never received my order. Usually I always check on a tracking service where my order currently is. For this particular order, it always showed that it was still in process, which is very weird (I placed the order on the 5. October 2023, it is the 18. November now) After one month of waiting for my order I wrote an email to the customer service. I received an automated message, saying that I will be contacted within 48 hours - nothing came. Sad to have this experience with this brand, since their swimsuits are actually good. I once bought one at a store but they stopped carrying GlideSoul, that’s why I wanted to order it from their website.
