Bought two 11-cm clamp clips and one 14-cm claw clip. Order arrived quickly and was in good order. As I have very thick and long hair, only the 14-cm claw clip manages to hold my hair up. (And it's done well so far.) The 11-cm clamp clips were way too small. I'll have to give them to my nieces. (It is my own fault for forgetting the compensate for the curve when I looked at the length of the clamp.) It may, however, be helpful for you to mention that on your production descriptions as well.
