While the delivery of the order was very prompt, the packaging of the three items was very poor. The bottom of a very small box was lined with polystyrene chips and the three items we squashed on top. Of the three items ordered only one arrived in a usable condition. The pink rose was flattened beyond salvage, and the navy fascinator which i had hoped to wear for my son's wedding, was too bent to wear. Since the order was from outside the uk and the items were to be in the box for a few days during overseas delivery, more care should have definitely have been taken in the packaging. A disappointing first, and last order.
