I have used a set of 3 Global knives for many years and wanted to get a set with the smart knife block. Got the 6 piece Global Ukon set. Love the black and steel knife block but the knives themselves feel light and unsubstantial to use. The small serrated knife arrived a little bent at the tip. After handwashing the water marks need buffing. Was looking forward to having these in my new kitchen and while they are sharp etc. there is some quality missing.
