I just started the Java programming course and tried out the mock exam. For some reason the exam became the real exam and of course I failed having only watched 2 of the modules. To sit the real exam again I would have to pay £29.00. I explained this to customer services (David) who, within minutes reset the exam and explained that the mocks can only be taken twice. Fantastic service both fast and polite.
