The course is too extensive that is impossible to get all knowledge from it, but the main problem is the environment used to practical problems. It has a lot of gaps and errors that need to be corrected. The virtual environment is also avalable during te course and it is not possible to use it one the course is over, I really prefer the previous system that use Cisco PacketTracert.
On the other hand Cisco used to privide a username/password for their students to get materials from their web, and nobody provide us with this logging.
