Attended a Cisco QoS course with Global Knowledge. The instructor was himself a former engineer with several decades experience. Made all the difference to learn not just the book materiel but also the insights, tips and tricks from someone who's views were worth listening to. Would very much recommend Global Knowledge on the basis of the quality of this course....even if they have 'gone cheap' and dont provide lunch any more!!!.
