The course manual arrived in time. This was my first experience of the course in a virtual environment. I did not feel left out of the classroom, I was able to interact with the class and the trainer. The Trainer was very good. He recognized the need for frequent short breaks. I passed and it was an excellent experience. I will always pick the virtual option if given a choice. Its more comfortable and less stressful to do training from the comfort of home. Thank You for an excellent experience.
