I signed up with Glowhost hosting 10 months ago and everything went very smooth. The price for what you actually get seems very good. My VPS is very quick. I had to create a ticket for an issue, which ended up being a port that needed to be enabled on my firewall. The uptime is very good and I haven't faced any problems yet. They offer RAID Protected Space - great plus for them.
