It is my 3rd month with Glowhost provider. Help via AOL IM, almost instantaneous, no problems. I can vouch that they are always watching as they contacted me during my signup process (I had to reactivate my PayPal account and it took me about 10 minutes) to let me know they were aware of the delay and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to assist me.
