this place SUCKED. live on a navy base, never told me there was any issue with that, needed me to sign a package before i could get it. every day for 5 days they “tried to deliver but nobody was home”. i waited by the door for HOURS so i wouldn’t miss it again, but then i finally call on the last day and they said i missed it 20 minutes ago! i was there the WHOLE TIME. either lying or wrong address even though the correct address is written on the package. absolutely crazy. never using them again. had to drive 30 minutes to pick up the package and another 30 back. never again
