Everything went wrong. I had to correct their grammar, when I submitted my corrections, they were either ignored or partially done and would send me files with more errors. When I asked for information regarding images for my book, I was told the person handling this was on vacation. Is there only one person in the entire office with this information? I was also charged twice for a service, and they refused to refund me the over charge. I could go on and on. I also tried asking for the name of their CEO and the person hung up on me. Any positive reviews for this company have been asked for. Please do not use this company.
