The Dyson V& Absolute vacuum cleaner arrived on time and it was all set up quickly and charged ready to use by the next day. The only glitch was that after 15 minutes of use the handle started discharge static electricity which I think this was caused by the build up of carpet fluff and dirt. A message was recorded by Dyson so as to keep it under review. The static disharge has not recurred.
