Sent an email within 3days of delivery complaining of difficulty in disassembling the cleaner when required. After 4days NOreply,so I telephoned and spoke with a young man who informed me my experience was not out of the ordinary!! I am still having trouble and am awaiting a visit from Bosch Engineer to inspect. After sales service leaves a lot to be desired!!
