The delivery was a disaster. I requested delivery to a local shop which was confirmed for Thursday only to receive a text stating item was unsuitable for collection from a shop. I then arranged for it to be left in a safe place on Friday only to receive a card saying delivery had to be signed for (so why ask for a safe place) . I then requested Monday to a different address which took place, the same day I received text to say I could collect it from the same shop which you refused on the thursday Not a lot of communication between your company and the carrier. Would not buy from you again
