Experience was amazing! I always trade in my old devices and this is the first time I’ve used Roostr and this was by far the experience I’ve ever had. Their communication beats any of the other trade-in places out there - they email you the day they receive your devices and give you a 24-48 hour window of processing/mailing your check. I got another email the next day that they were mailing my check out and they provided a USPS tracking number so you’re able to track it. I will definitely return to them in the future and refer friends and family whenever I can. Thank you!
