There are 3 things that are important to me when choosing a trade in service. Here's how Roostr performed in my experience for each: 1. Price offered for the device I was selling - I got quotes from ALL the services that came up under organic search listings. Roostr beat all of them by 20% or more 2. Speed to evaluate the device and trust that the company will honor the quoted price - I received a confirmation email the same day that my device was received. It was evaluated and the price confirmed as quoted the same day as well 3. Speed to send payment after the evaluation is done - the check was mailed the next day by 1st class USPS. E payment would have been even faster I usually never pick companies that show up in top paid search (as opposed to natural or organic search) positions... in this case I'm very glad I did.
