I had a water damaged Macbook Air that Apple said they would be happy to recycle it for me but working with GoRoostr was great. It was super easy to enter the device information and get a very quick quote. The process to mail the device was very easy thru FedEx and once GoRoostr received it, they processed the payment within the next day! Honestly, the hardest part of the whole process was on my end, to make sure I removed documents, signed out of iCloud, disabled find my mac, etc. But GoRoostr provided excellent step by step instructions on how to handle. Overall, would highly recommend GoRoostr!
