Confidence was further reinforced after I had some questions during the listing/submission process, and their real-person email support was (conversational vs outsourced robotic) quick and super helpful. Simple, efficient website and instructions, they provided a free FedEx shipping label, and they kept me updated throughout the process -- status during shipment, immediately upon receiving my laptop (with info re next steps and exact timeline) then again when they completed inspection and finally when payment came through to me (they offer multiple ways to get paid out).Whole thing took just days from start to finish.
