Their excellent communication throughout the entire process gives you the confidence you want in a company that you will hand over expensive electronics! I had sold to them years and years ago and was happy to find them again while I was looking around to sell my iPhone. This is a small business that has built my trust with their transparent process and quality customer service. I received the price that I was quoted. They let you know when they receive your device, when they process your device, and when they pay you along with sending my check via certified tracking. They are the exemplar of a quality business!
