Here is my timeline for reference: I submitted the specs of my MacBook Pro on GoRoostr.com on 7/1 and received the instant quote and shipping label via email, and I dropped them off at the FedEx location on 7/3. The laptop was received by GoRoostr on Friday, 7/10 (I was on the West Coast and these guys are on the East Coast); Jon from GoRoostr emailed me around 11am PT to confirm having received my laptop, and by 1pm I've received another email saying they've completed processing my laptop and have printed my check for the full amount I was quoted earlier. The check arrived the following Monday on 7/13.  Glad to be able to work with a small business who is honest and has great customer service.
