The staff were very lovely and good training to make sure we are ready for the jump! One slight problem was that everything went wrong from the start really...I was 10 mins late so waited for the next group baring in mind this was 8 in the morning...I didn't actually go up till 1-2 ish to then have the wrong instructor and have to go back down resulting in bad ears and more anxiety I finally did it between 2-3. 5-6 hours late but did give me an upgrade to 15,000ft for free which was good of them! I would recommend the company to friends as it's overall pretty good just my luck to have it all go wrong! Thanks to everyone who helped me achieve a massive personal goal and I raised over 600 pounds for charity!
