This is from the mother whose 16 year-old daughter had one of the most exhilarating experiences of her life with GO SKYDIVE. I rate the staff's competence and professionalism excellent; the activities - very well-organised. But the provision of basic services is very poor. I'm one of those people whose first (and last!) port of call is the toilet. As suggested we arrived early for our appointment and the only available toilet (next to the café) wasn't open until 30 minutes later. There were more than 10 women waiting in the queue desperate for the toilet waiting for the café to open. Whey can't they just close the door to the café and make the toilet available. This failure to provide this very basic necessity is very inconsiderate on the part of the management - almost cruel.
