An incredible day from start to finish. The staff were informative, happy and chatty. They kept you informed about everything. We experienced a few weather holds but this was dealt with well and we were updated regularly. I jumped with Deano who was fantastic. He was calming and engaging and made me feel comfortable. The jump itself was exhilarating and wonderful, but at no stage did I ever feel unsafe, which is saying something as I was jumping out of a plane and hurtling towards earth at 120mph! I also paid extra to jump from 15,000 feet and had my jump filmed, and I was worried that it might be a waste of money as I wasn't sure if I'd watch the film, but I have watched it over and over again and shown it to all of my family and friends too. And the extra height was amazing too as it doubles your free fall. From start to finish the whole day was perfect. The service and staff were amazing and I can't find a single fault. I can't wait to book my next jump, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
