This company seems to be a scam. I can't log into my account anymore, and when I emailed them for assistance, I got a response saying the domain is gone! I'm really at a loss here, and I've lost money that I worked hard for. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back with the help of A M D A R K L I M I T E D * C0. If you're facing the same issue, I recommend contacting them to recover your funds from a bad investment.
