Car insurance quotes were massively different when trying to purchase, apparently providers (AA) didn't even know my VRN? When I gave it to them the premium raised by over £100, another provider didn't call me back in order to take payment and 2 other providers premiums were different . I assumed quotes are valid for 30 days or until a date stated?
