Spent 30 mins on line and found site excellent but let down badly by my choice of companies to insure with! Another 40 mins was spent with the said company going through all the information that I had just supplied, but 40 mins?? on a barely inaudible phone line? They took a 1st payment and then said some would call back again to sort out the direct debit, in the meantime I have 2 follow up calls from the same company asking if I had made a decision, then another inaudable call to go through all details again, I said this was crazy and I did'nt have time, so operater asked if I wanted to cancel so I did, and he said the deposit would be returned, but heard nothing, I am left speechless! --Andrew Haworth 07860 713971
