There was no facility for changing information which you distorted; specifically you did not ask for the proposer's first name and then attributed the spouse's name to the proposer.... Thus we had Mr Femalename Surname. Also it was unclear what features were included and which were optional and whether options had been registered and whether they were included in the final quotation. An absolute nonsense...life is too short and I will endeavour to sit face to face with a real human to get what I want, and know what I am getting insured for.
