I had to go through my driving liecence details again then give mind ity National insurance number, then I had to upload my letter from my previous insurer which I recieved through the post.
This meant going on line to find a letter, then learning how to upload it. My adobe reader was out of date, I shopped about to find a site to reload adobe. I dont know if I found the right file as I would have to join Facebook to find out what I sent. I went to my local photocopy shop and posted my copy letter. It was a long afternoon
