I purchased my car insurance and for some unknown reason my cover start date was 19 days later!!! Basically I made a claim online, I paid, I then called immediately after approximately 2/3 minutes after to check I can drive immediately, I was refused!!! They offered to refund but would take 10 days! I’v not got much money due to personal circumstances right now so unable to cancel and pay same day as i was also advised it would take 10 days to be paid back into my account. I literally just paid for it!!! Surly they could of amended the start date!!! I called go compare and was advised they are unable to assist!!! Outrageous, so go compare can refer you to a company and assist in a process but cannot assist when a problem arises! I’m never purchasing through go compare ever!! Actually didn’t help and clearly I wasn’t going to get help so was points arguing.
