Recommended RBS Car Insurance who proposed to set up a policy with CIS (Co-oprative) who have the worst customer service record of all Car Insurance Companies (over 70 one out of 5 star rating in the last 12m). It's all very well pointing your users to the lowest cost suppliers but NOT if they are incompetent. Complete waste of time going on your site. Went on to the Which? site - far more helpful and accurate.
