After about an hour I received a quote from her. I read the detail and it stated that she was offering to insure a property with a standard roof. I rang her to let her know my problem... The cost of insurance doubled. I have since taken insurance with a different company. However, I am frustrated by your system that clearly has interface issues with other insurance providers' systems. I lost hours of time for nothing!
