Once I was transferred to the insurance / agent’s webpage it was an awful experience; Pages took ages to load; it kept asking me the same questions; five times I tried on two days, even rang the company’s help line, and they wanted to charge me £12.50 to talk to the them! I tried it on two different browsers and the experience was the same. Very painful. Managed it in the end with a lot of patience. FYI my laptop and Broadband were not the problem.
