Premium was £50 more expensive with same insurer on a different comparison site. Seems like the customer is unwittingly paying for ‘free’ excess cover. In addition your quote reference could not be found by the insurer.
Wasted an hour of my time - glad the insurer failed to find the quote as I used an alternative site.
