Review of GoCardless: Our experience with GoCardless has been nothing short of disastrous. In the middle of migrating our entire billing pattern to their platform, they abruptly closed our account without any prior notice or explanation. We were left in the lurch, with no access to our account and no way to communicate with their team. The complete lack of communication was alarming—no phone calls, no emails, nothing. It felt as if our firm was being treated like common criminals, despite our legitimate business operations. This has severely impacted our business, leaving us feeling abandoned and disrespected. GoCardless has proven to be an unreliable partner, and I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting them with your business.
