ORDERED A CUSTOM PHOTO PHONE CASE FOR MY HUSBAND ON 3RD DECEMBER, NOW 4TH JANUARY AND NEVER RECEIVED. ALL IS SAYS IS 'DESPATCHED' WHEN I LOOK UP THE ORDER ONLINE. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL, SO I AM WAITING TO SEE IF THEY EVER RESPOND BUT NOT HOLDING ANY HOPES. WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT SO EVEN WORSE THAT THEY DON'T DELIVER WHEN PROMISED.
