Their product is USUALLY very good. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I cannot log on to my account because I can't get by the Captcha process - it just keeps looping back to the sign in, and eventually says my email is incorrect. Have sent several messages about a recent order with zero response except on a review site (not this one), but without a way to retrieve my order number or sign in to my account, they can't address my issue (a badly printed wallet case for the iPhone 16 pro). I can't recommend this company any more, and I've been getting iPhone cases from them for many years.
