I’ve been dealing with GoDaddy for over a week now, just trying to get a simple $24 refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they’ve been bouncing me from one person to the next, causing me unnecessary stress and affecting my anxiety. This could have been dealt with over a week ago, but instead, it’s been a stressful nightmare. I’ve had enough and am now involving a lawyer because they refuse to take responsibility and issue the refund. I want to warn everyone—be very careful before choosing GoDaddy, especially if you ever need a refund. This kind of hassle shouldn't be happening over just $24!
