Mijn verzending stond een hele tijd 'in controle', zonder te weten hoe lang dit zou duren. Daardoor kon ik geen labels afdrukken en mijn pakket niet versturen. Deze 'controle' dient te gebeuren bij ingave, niet nadat de betaling is gebeurd. E-mails werden niet beantwoord, een telefoonnr is er niet. Uiteindelijk is alles goed gekomen, maar ik heb 24u frustratie gevoeld omdat ik niets kon doen en geen reactie kreeg. Kan veel beter. Grtn Luk
