We had a clogged kitchen drain which our handyman could not fix. We saw all the advertisements from Goettl about drain cleaning. Called them and they were out the next day. We were so fortunate to have Eric Smith as our plumber/technician.... he was so courteous, experienced and friendly!!! Eric needed to come back the next day with some additional equipment. He told us he would be at our home between 9-10AM. He was right on time, corrected the problem and we are now happy Goettl customers forever. Thank you, thank you.... thank you Eric!!!!!
