I have been trying since June to get hold of somebody at Go Girl in order to cancel my policy!!!
I have tried calling – nobody answers and eventually the call is cut. I have tried sooooo many times !!!! I can send you a call log to prove this.
I have sent numerous emails – NO REPLY TO DATE!!
I have sent an enquiry via the website – NO REPLY TO DATE!!!
They have taken my instalment at the end of June and also at the end of July. and yet I have not had a car since June!!!
I do not know how else to get hold of anybody. It is the worse possible customer service I have ever experienced.
As I am typing this irate email, I am also on the phone trying to get hold of them – AGAIN!!! I HAVE BEEN HOLDING FOR 41 MINUTES AND 27 SECONDS THUS FAR!!! Should I keep waiting all day?!!
Please can SOMEBODY get back to me.
I have cancelled my direct debit – and low and behold I get an email from them saying that I need to rectify this!!! Incredible!!
