After completing all the tasks of uploading artwork, my stickers did not arrive on time - when I enquired they said I had not uploaded artwork - which was not true. This impacted my production badly. The quality is fine but customer service and resolving issues needs a lot of work. DO NOT trust their website for uploading images, triple-check because their system sometimes loses your files and then your delivery will be delayed.
