Exactly the same as most of the other reviews. Waste of money. He's (Phil Hogarth) is not a specialist. Cover their own backs on standard stuff like damp, roofs, Japanese Knotweed. Reports are hard to decipher. Had paragraphs cut/pasted obviously from other templates. Commented on stuff I didn't even have like chimney stacks!!!! Emailed and asked them to clarify a few things weeks ago but still waiting for a response. Avoid!
