We employed Gold Crest Surveyors on 3 occasions. This was due to a very difficult search for a new home in a different location in the UK. I am in the building trade and therefore know what to look for in a prospective new home. However, on two occasions they were able to not only confirm my findings but also identify other hidden problems which have saved us thousands!
