Their customer service is really bad. I'm just here to vent.
I placed my order On Oct 31st and noticed that I didn't add my apartment number on the delivery address. I couldn't find where to edit and update my address on their site and my account so I contacted them directly on Nov 1st and explained the situation hoping that they could update my address before any shipping was done.
Their response never came but then on Nov 5th they sent me a Canada Post tracking number. When I tried to track that number on the site, it said that the delivery had already been done on Nov 3rd to an address in Edmonton, which it was incorrect since my address in in Vancouver and I received the tracking number 2 days after its delivery. So they didn't even send me the correct tracking number which could have avoided any confusion about which apartment to deliver to since I would've been watching it closely waiting for the package to arrive to my building or I could've asked the front desk to expect it and avoid its return.
I contacted them again asking for the correct tracking number but they told me that my delivery was lost because I didn't specify my apartment number and that, since they use fake return address, the package was lost for good and it was my fault.
I try to explain what happened and how we could've avoided all of this by sending them evidence of my communication to them with their non-responses but their only response was that it was still on me and that all they could do was apply a discount on my new order but I still had to pay. I had already paid for my package and shipping so I was expecting a better deal than just the discount.
I, of course, won't be buying from them again.
