When I first set up an account with the golden share firm I hesitated to make a trade straight away. I knew that some firms are quite convincing in this sense, so I wanted to test the waters and see how things would go. My account manager Adam was understanding, and instead of being pushy, he went on to different subjects. Getting to know me a little more and asked me of my trading interests and past experiences. He assured me that once I felt ready, he would be there to help me. In addition, he mentioned that on the trading platform, they have a chat option that I can use in the case of any questions, which seems like a cool addition that I haven’t heard of in other firms.
